It’s never been more important to talk about our mental health and more importantly to encourage and help people to seek appropriate support.
We know there is simply not enough mental health support in the UK available and that with Covid’s long term effect on our NHS, waiting times are getting longer.
This year for World Mental Health Day the focus on highlighting the need for better, and immediate supports.
As we keep working towards that, MenTalkHealth also works hard to increase mental health literacy in our communities in the hopes it will inspire people talk about the mental health before it deteriorates and to help support those who are living with ongoing mental health concerns in a small way.
